There’s a wide selection of health monitoring tools available using the Venu 2 Plus. As well as more widely available features like heart rate and sleep monitoring, the smartwatch packs in an impressive range of advanced tools to help users keep track of their health and fitness.
This includes user-configurable alerts for high or low HR readings, advanced sleep with sleep score and insights by Firstbeat Analytics, breathwork activities, fitness age, respiration, and pulse Pulse Ox.

Safety features include automatic incident detection and manually triggered assistance alerts, LiveTrack which lets designated contacts view live outdoor activities and there’s the ability to assign an emergency contact that the Venu 2 Plus can call.
Garmin says that the watch will last up to 9 days in smartwatch mode and up to 8 hours in GPS + Music mode, and there’s a quick battery charge that will give you 1-day of smartwatch mode battery life or 1-hour of GPS + music battery life on just a 10-minute charge.
