Hotel Quelle’s location in the Italian South Tyrol means you’ll feel flush with relaxation the second you arrive and check in.
The schedule for its fitness weeks varies throughout the year, but our picks are the Fit and Energy Weeks in late November. These include high-intensity Tabata interval training, circuits, and abs and back training, as well as Pilates and yoga sessions.
On top of these regular workouts, you’ll also be taken on guided morning hikes and given instruction in sun salutations.
The steam and sauna options include a dedicated Snow Sauna, designed to slowly cool you off after a hot sauna and relieve sore muscles and tension after an intense session in the gym.
And with seven different swimming pools, including two which extend outdoors from indoors, as well as a biological bathing pond for hardier wild swimmers, there are plenty of options for those who want to soothe their bones after class.
Handily, the hotel also serves up three meals a day, including a seven course dinner each night. A deep and restorative night’s sleep is nailed on after that.
Where to fly into
Hotel Quelle is two hours from Innsbruck and three hours from Venice. You can fly direct to the latter from the UK with EasyJet, Ryanair and British Airways.
How much
Prices start at €1,134 per person based on two sharing. That includes seven nights at Hotel Quelle on a full board basis and all fitness activities. Flights and transfers are not included. Fit and Energy Weeks run from 3-24 November.
