Play the transformation game
Barry’s Bootcamp is gearing up to offer a few lucky members personalised coaching from a panel of experts – as it launches its Lucky 7 competition in London.
Transformation seems to be the buzzword – and those who make it through will get access to an incredible resource. But your mettle will be tested.
The Lucky 7 programme is designed to promote “360 degree fitness” – that means it’s not just about sweating hard. It will target mental health – and the way you approach fitness, readiness and goals – as well as nutrition. Oh, and you get plenty of lung-busting workouts too.

Barry’s has signed up psychotherapist Zoë Aston MSc of Your Mental Health Workout and winners will also get nutritional advice from Lisa Blane. For the sweat sessions you’ll have the attention of two of Barry’s trainers.
It’s not free, by the way. But Barry’s says the £350 cost is heavily discounted. The Lucky 7 package consists of five classes a week for eight weeks, so if you can hack the pace, you’ll be getting a decent deal – especially when you throw in the nutrition.
You have to be a Barry’s client and submit a one minute video application on why you deserve to win a place.
